She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Fleming and Nubia Prescott Fleming; and her husband Billy West. She is survived by: her daughter Anita Eade (Charles) of Tampa, Florida; her grandchildren, Keeton Baker (Jesse) of Portland and Logan Eade of Tampa, Florida; her great grandchild Elijah Baker; and her cousin Evelyn Powell.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jesse Baker, Logan Eade, Bob West, Keith Kizer, Joe Freeman, Steve Freeman and Dale Wiseman. *Due to Covid-19, please protect the family and friends by wearing a face mask and social distance at all times during visitation/funeral service.
