He is survived by: his mother Annie Pearl Kepley; his wife Margaret Elaine Kepley; his children, Tammy Elrod (Brian) and Stacy Kepley (Anita); his grandchildren, Hollie Gunter (Mason), Andrew Elrod, Kellie Agee (James) and Matthew Elrod; and his sister Elaine Wakulsky.
