We are sad to announce that on June 22, 2023, at the age of 86, William Cowell of Portland, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cowell and Loyce Cowell of Camden, TN.; and his brother Donald Cowell. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Cowell; his children, James Cowell (Debbie), Paul Cowell-Nashville, Barbara Scheneck- of Texas, Michelle Gilliam (Wally) and Melissa Pippin (Todd Thomas); and his brother Charles Cowell (Beth). He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
