She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Youless Toney and Valley Reed Davenport Toney; her husband Bobby Harrison Rickel; her son Ron Rickel; her daughter-in-law Ashley Jordan Rickel; her grandsons, Harrison Rickel and Grayson Rickel of Birmingham, AL; her siblings, Elizabeth Toney Summers, Lymon Toney, James Toney and Edward Toney; her aunt Jo'; and her grandmother Jo'. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation PO Box 5014 Hagerstown, MD 21741-5014 to assist with its single, urgent goal to eliminate Parkinson's disease.
