He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Everett Kibbey and Elizabeth Jane Kibbey. He is survived by: his wife Shelby Beatty Kibbey; his children, Debbie Halcomb (Gary), Robert Kibbey, Thomas Kibbey and Doug Kibbey (Carol); his grandchildren, Seth Cline, Ryan Kibbey, Tyler Kibbey, Sarah Kibbey, Micah Kibbey, Brent Kibbey, Madeleine Kibbey, J. R. Kibbey and Jenny Kibbey; and his brothers, Garry Kibbey (Trish) and Tim Kibbey (Mary).
