She is survived by: her mother Mary Lee Wade of Portland, TN.; her children, Jessica Plyler-Simpson of Uwharrie, NC, Meghan Westhorp of Goodlettsville, TN. and Mark Westhorp of Hendersonville, TN.; her brothers, Tracy Dunning of Bethpage, TN and Tony Dunning of Russellville, KY.; and her granddaughters, Evelyn Barnyard (Evie) and Charlotte Barnyard.
