He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Doak; and his grandparents, William Hendricks and Evelyn Meyer Hendericks. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Doak; his daughter Amy Coleman (Jerry Jacobs); his grandchildren, Daiden Coleman, Scarlett Cole, Isaac Coleman and Madalyn Jacobs; and his siblings, Melody Bowman, Shannon Otto and Barry Doak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
