He is survived by: his mother Patricia Newbold Riggsbee; his wife Allison Riggsbee of Portland; his children, Austin Riggsbee (Emily Groves) of Knoxville, Blake Riggsbee of Portland, Addison Riggsbee of Portland, Mylah Riggsbee of Portland and Max Riggsbee of Portland; his granddaughter Bella Riggsbee of Portland; and his sister Aleta Owen of Gallatin.
