She was predeceased by: her parents, Lemual Lafayette Moore and Mary Louise Woodward; her husband Charles Thomas "Buck" Sullivan; her sons, James Thomas Sullivan and Johnny Dale Sullivan; and her granddaughter Misty Dawn Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Sullivan (Ruth), Joe Sullivan (Marnita), Mark Sullivan, Linda Langford (Randy) and Brian Sullivan. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchildren.
