She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Stargel and Matra Stargel. She is survived by: her daughter Dayna Combs; her brothers, Harold and Bobby Stargel; her husband Amos Harper; her children, Melissa Shock (James) and Mike Combs (Kim); her grandsons, Derek Combs and Christian Combs (Olivia); and her siblings, Belinda Nichols (Terry), Peggy Johnson (Bruce), Alice Hayes (Tommy), Tiffany Corley (Eric) and Timmy Stargel. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Hardy-Close Funeral Home (285 S Buckman St, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
