She is survived by: her husband Jerry Hammock; her daughter Tammy Clayton (David Scott); her grandchildren, DJ Garrett (Tony) and Josh Clayton (Chelsea); and her great grandchildren, Sage Garrett, Skylar Garrett, Andrew Clayton and Wyatt Clayton.
