She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchell Carter and Pauline Dorris Huntsman; and her brothers, Billy Joe Carter and Charles Lee Carter. She is survived by: her son Charlie Wade, II; her granddaughter Amanda Brooke Ferrell; her great grandchildren, Alexis Wade, Joshua Ferrell, Jr., Brooklyn Wade, Isabella Thompson, Derek Thompson, Bentley Key and Waylon Doak; and her brother Allen Carter.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Portland (610 N Broadway, Portland, TN 37148). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Maple Hill Cemetery N. Russell.
