He is survived by: his children, Ernie Dillard (Sheryl) of Portland, Kenny Dillard (Penny) of Portland and Kim Dillard of Portland; his brother Vernon Dillard (Velma) of Portland; his grandchildren, Amy Cline, Stoney Adam Dillard, Lacretia Watson, Karen Spann, Thomas Dillard, Clay Dillard, Richard Dillard, Cindy Barney, Kelton, Mclaren, James Devin Mclaren and Jordan Hale; and his pet Lilly Bell. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
