He is survived by: his wife Kathy Meadows of Portland; his children, Michael Meadows (Kim) of Portland, Tanya Wright (Tim) of Cottontown and Amanda Rippy (Jason) of Bethpage; his grandchildren, Alex Meadows, Max Meadows, Sarah Wright, Maddie Rippy, Cooper Meadows and Abby Rippy; and his brothers, Darrell Meadows and Carl Meadows. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
