He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Callis and Dorothy Moore Callis; and his brother Mike Callis. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Callis; his children, Travis Callis (Beth) and Twila Reecer (Rocky); his grandchildren, Ayla, Knox Reecer, Braden, Jenna Callis and Macie Glover (Jameson Sachs); and his siblings, Judy Upchurch (Larry), Jerry Callis (Judy) and Kevin Callis.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, October 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Wilkinson Wiseman Funeral Home (715 S Broadway, Portland, TN 37148). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
