He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jean Miller of Portland; his children, Wanda Ann Barber of Brownsville and Richard Lee Miller (Shardey) of Portland; his grandchildren, Breanna Barber of Woodrow Barber and Avella Miller; and his siblings, Betty Jo Stacey of Portland, James Ray Miller of Springfield and George Miller of El Paso.
