He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ray Perry and Ruby Gay Perry; and his daughter Stephanie Rae Perry. He is survived by: his wife Ethel Perry; his children, Samantha Lynn Perry (Randy Maness) and Ray Keith Perry, Jr. (Christy); his grandchildren, Chloe Callahan, Brandon Cline (Jennifer Gann), Brody Perry, Jordan Perry and Desirae Perry (Connor Dixon); his great grandchildren, Paisley Rae Dixon and Sawyer Keith Dixon; his sister Kimberly Dawn Blankenship (Billy Ray); and his nephews, Jeremy Perry (Nikki) and Aaron Blankenship.
