He is survived by: his wife Laura Elizabeth McCormick Morgan of Portland; his children, William Wesley Duncan of Decatur, TN, Doni Tenyl Bordelon of Portland and Kelly Dawn Morgan of Old Hickory; and his sister Marsha Sharon Westerbeck of Portland. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
