He was predeceased by: his parents, Al Davis and Alma Dillard Davis; and his siblings, Hazel Shepherd, Virginia Durham, Jimmy Davis, Leroy Davis, Gerald Davis, Ricky Davis and Bobby Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Amanda Langley Davis of Portland; his daughters, C. C. Howell (Mike Burggren) of Portland and Lynn Applegate (Steve) of Oklahoma; his siblings, Roger Davis of North Carolina, Judy Davis of North Carolina, Brenda Davis of North Carolina and Linda George of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Wicher, Claudia Roberts, Ava Howell, Phillip Burggren, Natasha Rohr (Victor), Sydney Applegate, Malaina Applegate and Ellie Applegate; and his great grandchildren, Liam Rohr and Lucas Rohr.
