It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peggy Adams of Portland, Tennessee, born in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, who passed away on June 17, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Ralph and Rachel Carnahan; and her sister Sarah Page. She is survived by: her husband Elmer Lee Adams of Portland; her children, Tammy Elrod (Paul) of Sparta, TN, Danny Adams (Anna) of White House, David Adams (Amanda) of Goodlettsville and Chris Adams (Sherry) of Portland; her grandchildren, Daniel Lewellen, Nikki Roberts, Cindy Austin and Denise Adams; and her sister Agnes Campbell of White House. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
