He is survived by: his father Kelly Eugene Rigsby, Sr. of Sandwich, IL; his wife Lori Rigsby of Portland; his children, Amber Burris (Jeffrey Mooneyhan) of Franklin, Joshua Rigsby of Portland and Cody Burris (Britney) of Bowling Green; his mother Rebecca Smithson-Walker of Greenbrier, TN; and his siblings, Ruth Ann Hobbs of Greenbrier, Kelly Eugene Rigsby, Jr., Michael Wayne Rigsby and Tim Allen Rigsby. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
