He was predeceased by: his father Donald "Donnie" Ray Fowler. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Gail Wood-Fowler of Portland; his daughters, Kya and Ava Brewer of Portland; his wife Lisa Brewer of Portland; his brothers, Casey Fowler of Portland and Matt Fowler of Portland; and his close friend Jeremiah Pearson of Bethpage.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home (715 S Broadway, Portland, TN 37148). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home or mailed (P.O. Box 628-Portland, TN 37148) to help the family offset funeral expenses for Mr. Fowler.
