She was predeceased by: her father Bum West; her daughter Tina Hodges; and her siblings, Patsy Slack, Shirley Lark, Betty Samples, Amy Mae West, Leon West and Paul Ray West.
She is survived by: her husband Tony Maynard; her children, Rena Leamon (Allen) and Waylon Maynard (Kasie); her grandsons, Tyler Maynard, Mason Maynard and Zachery Leamon; and her siblings, Virgina Dewberry (Gary), Carolyn Neher, Susie Gregory, Mary Hovinga, Roberta Hammond and Ray Dean West (Stephanie).
