He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryan Caudill and Ada Pearl Johnson Caudill; and his brothers, Jerry, Royce and David Caudill.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Pendleton of Bowling Green, Lea Ann Caudill of Springfield, TN and Michael Bryan Caudill of Portland; and his siblings, Roger Caudill of Rockfield, KY, Sonja Potter of Whitesburg, KY and Sharon Pratt of McRoberts, KY. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
