He was predeceased by: his parent Leonard Birch. He is survived by: his parent Helen Birch; his children, Heather Jorgensen (Jason) and Michael (Rosalyne); his siblings, Greg and Kathy; his grandchildren, Timothy and Luke; and also Marilyn Coker.
