She is survived by: her husband Steven Ray Scott of Portland; her children, Ashley Nicol Miller (Kelly) of Auburn Ky, Shannon Darlene Poore of Toledo Ohio and Kyle Scott (Jessie) of Toledo Ohio; her siblings, Loretta Bowles of Glasgow Ky, Sandi Fender of Portland, Penny Adwell of Portland and Charlie Bertram of Park City, KY; and her grandchildren, Destiny Poore, Kamden Poore, Treyson Scott, Kalleigh Scott and Bennett Scott.
