It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mattie Rochelle of Portland, Tennessee, born in Waynesboro, Tennessee, who passed away on June 25, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brewer and Mattie Brewer; her husband William E. Rochelle Sr.; and her daughter Anita Lyn Spencer. She is survived by: her son William Edwin Rochelle Jr. (Sarah) of Portland, TN.; her grandchildren, Allen Spencer, Doug Spencer (Jamie), Kevin Rochelle and Ginger Wright (Jacob); her great grandchildren, Rebecca Spencer, Gabrielle Spencer (Ryan), Kade Rochelle, Presley Rochelle, Kain Wright and Cole Wright; her great great grandchildren, Zayden, Brayden and Jordan; her siblings, Dolph Brewer, Bud Brewer, Roy Brewer, Willard Brewer, William Brewer, Marvin Brewer, Nona Brewer Dugger and Tamsy Brewer Martin; her granddaughter Sheri Lyn Rochelle; and her great grandchild Brandon Spencer.
