It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd Thomas Foster of Portland, Tennessee, born in Georgetown, Ohio, who passed away on December 31, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William Foster; and his son Joseph Foster. He is survived by: his wife Kellie Foster; his children, Christopher Foster (Erica), Rachael Barnes (Shawn), Matthew Foster, Tiffanie Anders, Morgan Gross (Daniel) and Allie Shafer (Conway); his siblings, Raleigh Foster, Gerald Foster (Frazia), Ronald Foster (Becky), Becky Smallwood (Jim), Cynthia Brown (Bill) and Debbie Houston (Brian); and his pet Bumbeau. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests donations for the funeral expenses.
