She is survived by: her fiancé Thomas Dockery; her children, Johnathan Durham of Farina, IL and Casey Osteen of Lavergne, TN; her grandchildren, Chloe Osteen, Lilly Osteen, James, Nathan, William, Adam, Hunter and Peyton; her great grandchildren, Thea, Wrenley and Michael; and her sister Joy Henson (Todd).
