He is survived by: his wife Freida Goodwin Elrod; his sons, Robert Elrod (Amy) and Shane Elrod (Jacy); his grandchildren, Cole Elrod (Katelynn), Steven Elrod, Jessica Hermann (Jay), Kaylee Elrod and Kyler Elrod; and his great grandchildren, Mila Elrod, Blake Elrod and Jett Elrod.
