He is survived by: his wife Theda Jean Stout; and his children, Tommy Stout (Angela) of Portland, Christy Denning (Clay) of Portland, Alan Stout (Tammy) of Portland and Chuck Stout of Portland. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren.
