He is survived by: his wife Anita Gail Stevens of Portland; his son Kenny Stevens of Portland; his granddaughter Hannah Stockton of Bowling Green, KY; and his sister Barbara Ann Graves of Westmoreland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
