He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Kelchner and Emma Kelchner (Prueitt); and his siblings, Graydon E. Kelchner, Kit D. Kelchner, Kevin L. Kelchner, Bonnie E. Prange (Prueitt) and Keith G. Kelchner.
He is survived by: his wife Mona Jane Kelchner; his children, Kristie (Tony Brown) of Franklin, KY, Rick A. Kelchner of Portland, Michael L. Kelchner of Portland, Shanna (Chris Scott) of Franklin, KY and Brady Kelchner of Portland; and his siblings, Kim M. Kelchner (JoAnne) of Kinzers, PA, Kelly Jo (Melvin McCord) of Dickson, TN and Dennis W. Frace (Darla) of Wapwallopen, PA.. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
