It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth David Miller of Portland, Tennessee, born in Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee, who passed away on January 29, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland and Flora Ella Miller; and his sons, Ricky Miller and Bryan Miller. He is survived by: his wife Delila Miller; his daughters, Danita Latimer (Barry) and Carmen George (Terry); his grandchildren, Victoria Shields, Rebecca Littrell (Jared), Brittany Miller and Tyler George (Nicolette); and his sister Irene Brooks. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
