She is survived by: her husband Robert Garceau of Portland, TN; her sons, Joseph Smith (Lloyd) of Portland, TN, William Smith (Lisa) of Franklin, KY and Ronald (Dorothy); and her brother Michael Morrissiey (Mary) of Gouverneur, NY. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
