It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy McMurtry of Portland, Tennessee, who passed away on March 6, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Norman McMurtry and Evelyn Joan Shanklin McMurtry; her stepfathers, Donald Wakefield and Earl Briley; her siblings, Kenny McMurtry and Kathie Peden; and her niece Kim Meadors.
She is survived by: her son Johnathan Freeman (Shelley) of Christiana, TN; her grandsons, Connor and Parker Freeman; and her siblings, Vickie Haden (Jerry), Bobby McMurtry (Joyce), Nancy Freeze, Tony McMurtry (Rita), Ronnie McMurtry (Karen) and Cinda Petty (Bill).
