She is survived by: her husband James Hays; her daughter Christy Keith (Derek) of Portland; her stepchildren, Kevin Hays of Bowling Green and LaDonna Harp (Bobby) of Smiths Grove, KY; her sister Bonnie Key of Portland; and her significant other Dog. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
