She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnie Deckard and Delcie Cole; her husband Billy Cummins; her daughter Lisa Cummins South; her siblings, Elease Deckard Legge, Charlene Deckard, Louise Deckard Bandy and Stevie Deckard; and her grandson Caleb Hunt.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Cummins of Nashville, Teresa Hunt (Wayne) of Lebanon and Randy Cummins of Murfressboro; and her grandchildren, Missy Wiley, Matt Cummins, Delana Sharpe, April Shotwell, Kelsey Hunt, Amanda Puckett, Keaton Cummins and Mackenzie Cummins. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
