She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jackson Owen and Nannie Ruth Branch; and her siblings, Margaret Price, Nora Hall, Meldia Lou Miracle, June Evelyn Owen, William and John Owen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Flora Ruth Seal of Jefferson City and Barbara Anest (Phil) of Jefferson City; her grandchildren, Lea Ann Sisco (Aaron), Robert Anest (Leann) and Cynthia Stokes (Devin); her great grandchildren, Samantha Jasmine Seal-Severson (Zach), Tyler Parton and Bentley Stokes; and her great great grandchild Grayson Patton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
