He is survived by: his mother Sheryl Hale Dillard (Earnie) of Portland; his son Evan Blaine Murrell of White House; his grandparents, Reverend Clifton and Geraldine Hale of Portland; his uncles, Steven Hale (Carla) of Adolphus, KY, Terry Hale (Mary Ann) of Bradeton, FL and Kenny Dillard (Penny) of Portland; his aunt Kimberly Dillard of Portland; and his cousins, Josh Hale (Renee), Jeremy Hale (Beth), Jennifer Rowley (Matt), Kristin Eller (Will), David Hale (Kaylee), Thomas Dillard (Stormie), Lacretia Dillard, Karen Spann (Kris), Clay Dillard (Jennifer), Richard Dillard (Angelia), Cindy Barney (Jordan), Leah Espinosa (Eric) and Johnathan Kenyon (Shana). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, & friends who were like brothers.
