He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Joe Collins and Wanda Jean Wallace Collins; his brother Jason Collins; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Collins. He is survived by: his brothers, Joey Collins (Connie) of Portland, Jeff Collins (Robyn) of Portland and Jaska Russell (Johnny) of Portland; his nieces and nephews, Grant Collins, Andrea Wheeler (Daniel), Amy Bolton (Josh), Megann Thompson (Drew), Cody Jo Muehlhausen (Wes), Larry Joe Collins and Mason Collins (Brooklyn); and his sister-in-law Tammy Collins.
