He was predeceased by: his father Charles Thomas Sullivan; his brother James Thomas Sullivan; and his grandparents, Fate, Louise Moore, Tom and Mable Sullivan.
He is survived by: his mother Sadie Louise Moore Sullivan; and his siblings, Charles Sullivan (Ruth), Joe Sullivan (Marty), Mark Sullivan, Brian Sullivan and Linda Langford (Randy). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donation to be made to the Halltown Cemetery.
