She is survived by: her husband Ronnie McCullough; her son Jason McCullough (Lyndsay); her grandchildren, Victoria McCullough of Portland, TN, Lillian McCullough and Jacob McCullough; and her siblings, Linda Smith of Scottsville, KY, Brenda Perry of Glasgow, KY, Peggy Crowder of Lafayette, TN, Don Blankenship of Florida, Benny Blankenship of Westmoreland, TN and Odell Saddler of Lafayette, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
