He was predeceased by: his siblings, Sammy Daniel, Jr., Daniel, Earl Daniel, Diane McCloud, Rosie Gregory, Sue Amons and Shelia McGonigal; his son Lee Perry; and his grandson Benjamin Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Agnes Ann Daniel of Portland; his grandchildren, Johnathan Perry (DeAnna), Dana Denning (TJ), Rebecca Hill (Alex), Neely Cheverette (Patrick), Alexander Perry (Krissy), Andrew Perry, Julianna Salcido (Josh), Eli Perry and Thomas Perry; and his siblings, Peggy Moore, Jacky Wims, Jean Hunt, Lynn Brown and Dale Nuckols.
