He was predeceased by: his father Paul Dixon Perry; and his siblings, Paul Dixon Perry Jr. and Hazel Sue Perry Gregory. He is survived by: his wife Martha Malinda Hunter Perry; his children, James Perry (Deborah) and Michelle Agee (DeWayne); his grandchildren, Katie Radke (Herman), Luke Perry (Chloe) and Alexis O'Malley (Sean); and his great grandchildren, Riley, Jaxson, Charlee Grace Agee, Sadie Claire O'Malley and Maizie Rae Radke.
