He is survived by: his mother Barbara Lutz Haley; his wife Dawn Haley; his daughters, Rachel Sykes (Brian) of Hartsville and Jennifer Clark (Andy) of Bethpage; his grandchildren, Skylar Smith, Cayden Smith, Kya Clark, Gavin McGuire, Brayden Sykes and Preslee Sykes; and his siblings, David Haley, Jr. (Karen) of Gallatin, Eric Haley (Thresa) of Clarksville and Julie McDaniel of Hendersonville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Salvis Center.
