He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hugh B., Lucille Smith, Jack and Lucille Bain. He is survived by: his parents, James Alvin Smith and Christine Bain Smith; his sister Betty Lewis (Robert); his niece Amy Bowers; his nephew Chris Bowers (Chelsea); and his great-niece Jamie Bowers.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wilkinson Wiseman Funeral Home (715 S Broadway, Portland, TN 37148). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
