He is survived by: his wife Heather Parker of Portland, TN; his stepdaughters, Amber Parker-Matthews (Griffin) of Fairbanks, AK and Ashley Michelle Kling (Travis) of Germany; his parents, Jane Ellis (Bill) of Warrior, AL and James E. Parker Jr. (Gay Nell) of Pleasant Grove, AL; his brothers, Robert Parker (Patrice) and Chris Parker (Samantha) of Warner Robins, GA; his grandchildren, Ayleigh Jane Parker and Evelyn Joan Kling; and his nieces, Brynn Parker, Mackenzie Parker and Taylor Parker. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
