He is survived by: his wife Cindy Lamb; his daughters, Jamie Lamb and Stephanie Lamb; his grandchildren, Monica Smith, Erykah Lamb, Hayden and Wyatt Perrigo; and his siblings, Tommy Lee (Sharlene) of Gallatin, William Payne (Stacey) of Gallatin, Brenda Hughes of Hendersonville, Tricia Gould (Larry) of Gallatin and Lisa Kerwood of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
