He was predeceased by: his father Billy Wayne Brown; his brother Daniel Wayne Brown; and his grandparents, Rudy, Janetta Holley, Joe Norman, Cecil and Dean Brown.

He is survived by: his mother Regina Ann Brown (Norman); his wife Marsiara Brown; his children, Jacob Luke "Winter" Brown, Jr. and River Zayne Brown; his adoptive mother Terri Tenut; his sisters, Hope, Rebeccah Brown and Juanita Hulsey; and his grandmother Norma Jean Norman.

The family has requested in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
